Berry Crisp

Berry Crisp
16 cups Frozen Berry mixture
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup Quick Oats
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar Splenda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
8 Tbsp. Cold Butter (or Margarine)

Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish (or two 8x8-inch dishes). Place frozen berries into dish (dishes). Combine Splenda, Cinnamon and flour. Sprinkle mixture over frozen berries. In a food processor combine oats, flour, brown sugar Splenda, baking powder, baking soda and butter (or margarine). Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden. Serve warm with yogurt (or ice cream) if desired. Yield: 10 TINY servings
